Maybe you do feel you have been given a tough time at work?

Could this well be your answer?

Modern day society is over loaded with Corporate Psychopath
As Counsellors & Psychotherapists we are regularly assisting individuals who have had their self esteem shattered & confidence destroyed by working with individuals who make their work life intolerable.

They do so by inflicting endless negative criticism, accusations and inexplicable demands.

You find your self forever under attack, nervous, unsure.

Feeling that maybe you should move on.

Do not move.

Arrange to see a Counsellor as soon as possible.

In many cases such criticism unconsciously disturbs "old and unresolved" early life trauma about which the individual has little recognition or appreciation. We tend to blame the number one enemy, our boss, manager or supervisor. However after working through and beneath the apparent cause of the disturbance we can actually find that the psychopath has unwitthingly done us a favour by arousing this exceedingly unwelcome, old emotional sensation.

In therapy we are able to gently arouse mindful awareness to the earliest sensations of this debilitating experience, from there, the client becomes able to identify that the psychopath has managed to expose and then targets those old unwelcome sensations.

One achieved this realisation and understanding becomes self empowering, to progressively rebuild self esteem, in doing so exposes the psychopath for exactly what they be, cruel, nasty, manipulative individuals  who are entirely devoid of any sense of empathy.

Here follows a link to a very interesting program shown in 2005 on on ABC TV Catalyst Program which explains the characteristics of the work place psychopath.

The story features Psychologist Dr John Clarke author of  "Working with Monsters"
